Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy/Rates – Deliveries are sent with our own courier UKMail and usually arrive 1 or 2 days after despatch. Deliveries are recorded, insured and have to be signed for upon arrival.

Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.
Return/canelation policy -
We do accept refunds and exchanges however goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received.
Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel. Once we have received your return item we will usually aim to contact you within the 24 hours to process an exchange or to arrange a full refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 3 working days.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Fabians Haberadshery & Trimmings." Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
