Satin (shiny) fold over elastic is a gentle elastic, which is often used for headbands, a sew-in waistband for dresses or children's clothes and can be used for other stretch fabrics. Made in France, high quality as used by clothing manufacturers. The elastic measures 16mm wide and comes on a roll of 25 metres. Available in a variety of colours.
